It was located in a very beautiful area right by town center, a taxi for the short journey back to the house and the flight path, The owner made our stay VERY ENJOYABLE.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in a great location. It had a beautiful water view and was very well equipped with everything you could need, including some cooking staples and condiments. The apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished, and had a comfortable bed. There were three separate balconies to enjoy the sun or shade, and a small but well-stocked supermarket nearby. The host was welcoming and accommodating. Highly commendable.

Spent here 2 lovely nights, no better place to stay. Had kitchenette. Had reasonably large and cosy room with 1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed.

The kitchen facilities were great for warming up leftovers and the spacious living area made it easy to re-pack our bags for travel.

Felt so comfortable, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at a very well-situated accommodation in Cavtat. The flat was clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The extra bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable. The views from the balcony were impressive, and the off-street parking was a bonus. The location was great, with a small grocery store nearby and just a short walk to the charming town with its fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend Villa Nick for a pleasant and convenient stay in Cavtat.

The apartment was spacious and had two bathrooms, which was great for our group. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the sea. We also appreciated the prompt taxi service provided by the host.

There were a few issues with our stay. the wifi signal was very weak, making it impossible to watch films or download photos.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel that offered excellent value for money. The highlight was definitely the fine sea views from the balcony in each room. We enjoyed being just a short 10-minute walk away from the main beachfront, bars, and restaurants, making it very convenient for us. Having a supermarket right next door was also a bonus. Anita, our host, was cute and friendly. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Nothing not to like.

We stayed at Villa Nick in Cavtat for a week with our family of six. The location was perfect - just a short walk into town but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The newly installed washing machine and cooker were a great addition, making our stay even more convenient. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and sheets available. We also loved the beautiful views and the free off-street parking. The small grocery store within walking distance had everything we needed. Anita, the owner, was kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend the Beach bar for a refreshing swim and a cold drink!

Great views, free parking, and extra pillows. The owner was nice even though I didn't meet her. Loved the town and the beach bar.

Oh, what a shame, ran out of hand soap and the wifi didn't work. But hey, who needs that when you have a taxi to take you up the hill?

I always stay here because it's perfect! The staff helped me find a great place to eat on my first visit. With free Wi-Fi, parking, cooking utensils, and more, it has everything I need. Plus, the location and amenities make it a romantic escape.
